Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sarwamangala.in, we strive to provide the best possible service for your divine rituals and Pujas. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the necessary operational structure to serve all our devotees. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a cancellation or modification.

Puja Cancellation and Postponement Guidelines

1. Minimum Notice Period for Cancellation

To ensure the timely coordination with our priests and the procurement of necessary materials, the following rule applies:

  • No cancellation or postponement (full or partial) will be permitted if the date of the scheduled Puja is less than two (2) days from the date the cancellation request is received by us.

2. Advance Cancellation Procedure and Fees

If you need to cancel a service and the cancellation request is made with sufficient advance notice, the following refund structure will apply:

  • If the cancellation request is submitted more than two (2) days in advance of the scheduled Puja date, a cancellation fee of 10% (Ten Percent) will be deducted from the total amount paid for the requested service.

  • The remaining balance (90%) will be processed and refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Processing
  • For eligible cancellations, the refund process will be initiated from the date of the valid cancellation request.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days from the date the cancellation request is approved. Please note that the actual time for the credit to reflect in your bank or card statement may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

Submitting a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official channel to be considered valid:

  • Mode of Request: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email only.

  • Email Address: Please send your request to support@sarwamangala.in.

  • Required Information: The email must clearly include the Order Number and the reason for the cancellation. Incomplete requests may lead to delays in processing.

Service Non-Performance by Sarwamangala.in

In the unlikely event that Sarwamangala.in is unable to perform the requested Puja service for any reason (e.g., unforeseen technical issues, unavailability of the priest, or operational constraints), we assure you of a complete resolution:

  • A full 100% refund of the total amount paid will be promptly issued to you.
