| What is sarwamangala.in? | sarwamangala.in is an online portal dedicated to offering authentic Online Puja Services for and at various famous temples across India. We aim to help devotees fulfill their religious aspirations by facilitating ceremonies conducted on their behalf. |
| Is sarwamangala.in related to the official Temple Administration/Trust? | No. This site is in NO WAY related to the official Temple/Shrine/Trust/Board/Administration in any way or capacity whatsover. It is owned and operated by an IT Company, with extensive network of independent Senior Tirth Purohit’s/Vedic Acharya’s and Jyotishacharya’s dedicated to conducting Pujas in strict adherence to Vedic scriptures. |
| Who performs the Pujas and rituals? | All Pujas are conducted by experienced Vedic Priests who possess at least 10+ years of experience and are often 5th or 6th Generation Priests. They ensure every detail follows Puranic Scriptures. |
| How will I know if my Puja has been performed? | Puja video snippet(s) would be emailed / WhatsApp’ed to you within 2to 3 days of the completion of the Puja. |
| Do I need to provide personal details like Gotra ? | Details about your Gotra is optional. |
Prasadam and Shipping

| What items are sent as Prasadam? | Only Non-Perishable items are sent as Prasad for health and safety reasons. This includes items like Dry Prasad, Sindur Tilak/Kumkum, Bhasm/Vibhuthi, and Kalai Dhaga. |
| How is the Prasadam shipped? | The Prasad is sent upon the completion of your Puja or Anushthan through our Courier Partners with tracking features. |
| Do you ship Prasadam to international destinations? | Puja booking is available from international locations. However, the SHIPPING of Puja Prasadam to International Destinations is temporarily suspended (as per policy notice). We recommend checking the shipping policy for the most current updates. |
| Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes for international shipments? | Most countries levy import duties and taxes. The buyer will be responsible for paying such charges levied for custom clearance. sarwamangala.in has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. |
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

| What is the cancellation policy for Puja/Anushthan bookings? | No cancellation is admissible 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of commencement for a Puja/Anushthan. For cancellations made before this 48-hour window, the refund would be made after a 10% deduction. A full refund is admissible if sarwamangala.in is unable to execute your ordered service. |
| Can I return the Prasadam or spiritual offerings? | No. Proceeds from Puja/Anushthan (Prasadam) are not returnable. |
| What if a physical product is damaged during transit? | Returns or replacements are only effected if the product delivered is damaged or faulty from our side. If damage occurs during transit or if the product has been tampered with, no refund is admissible. We will, however, assist you in cooperating towards getting a claim reimbursed from the shipping company. |
| How long does it take to process a refund? | If your return or cancellation is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will typically receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. |
| Do I pay for return shipping? | No, returns wherever applicable are handled from our end. |
